We invest globally at the pre-seed and seed stages, partnering closely with founders as they build category-defining companies. As a lean team, we move quickly, make investment decisions with conviction, and give every team member meaningful ownership throughout the investment process.

The Role

We're looking for an Investment Analyst to help identify and evaluate our next investments.

You'll work across the full investment process – from sourcing startups and speaking with founders to supporting due diligence and preparing investment recommendations. Working directly with the General Partner, you'll play an active role in evaluating investment opportunities from first meeting to investment decision.

What You'll Do

• Source startups through research, founder referrals, accelerators, and the broader startup ecosystem
• Screen inbound opportunities and maintain a high-quality investment pipeline
• Conduct first calls with founders
• Assess startups across team, market, product, traction, competition, and business model
• Analyse business models, financials, and key operating metrics
• Review data rooms and conduct commercial due diligence
• Conduct customer and investor reference calls
• Prepare investment memos and investment recommendations
• Present promising opportunities during weekly investment discussions

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in VC, IB, PE, consulting, startup ecosystem, or a related field
